You have the right to return the products you purchase, without any compensation and without being obliged to notify us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. In this case you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.
Please note that returns are only accepted if:

2. The product has not been worn further of the test
3. The labels of the product have not been removed or damaged in any way
4. Return all accompanying documents of the product such as the proof of purchase as it is part of the product
5. If the product is accompanied by a gift, it should be returned with the product
6. Send us the products via courier: Generiki Tachidromiki or by any courier of your choice.
Please make sure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so that no damage is caused during transport.
We inform you that kantri.gr is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the return transport.
In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products. We inform you that kantri.gr bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after use and in no case is not obliged to replace them. The products must be sent to our company and in this case the shipping costs are borne by the customers.
